Great to see an interview with the Great Man – with lots of laughter, apparently! I shall be thinking about him when I go to the concert Saturday night. 42 years ago yesterday, I saw the Walkers on stage at Bournemouth Winter Gardens – saw being the operative word – you couldn’t hear a word for all the screaming. Happy memories but I think his later stuff is tremendous. There’s no one else like him.
