Kristin Hersh Edinburgh Festival Residency

Paradoxical undressing is the name given to the removal of clothes, blankets, or other coverings by those suffering severe hypothermia. This behaviour is not fully understood.

Next month sees a Kristin Hersh residency at the Edinburgh Festival of her ‘Paradoxical Undressing’ show. A live spoken word project incorporating projected images, music and essays, the text of the show features excerpts from Kristin’s upcoming memoir by the same title, read by the artist and with musical accompaniment.
